Mushy green gram recipe can be used as an evening snack or as a side dish for chapathi.
Quantity listed below can serve : 2 people
Ingredients:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1tsp
Curry leaves - few
Onion - 1 medium sized (chopped)
Green chilli/Red chilli - 1 (slitted)
Green gram - 2 handful (Boiled)
Salt - As required
Method :
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a Kadai. Add mustard and curry leaves, wait for it to splutter.
2. Add the onion and chilli, fry till the onion turns brown in colour.
4. Add salt and mix well to serve.
