Crispy Avul


Crispy Avul can be had as an evening snack.


Ingredients :

Oil - 2 tbsp
Avul - 4 times handful
Salt - as required
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Method :

1. Heat oil in a pan / kadai.



2. Add Avul to the pan.



3. Keep frying in low flame till it becomes crisp.



4. Finally add salt and chilli powder and toss well.
    Once after it reaches room temperature, store in an airtight container.
