Palak Paneer can be served as a side dish for Chapathi / Roti
Quantity used below can serve : 2 peopleOnion - 1.5 medium (chopped)Ginger - 1/2 inch piece (grated)Green chilli - 1 (chopped)Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp1. Cut the palak leaves and wash them.
2. Boil the palak leaves in hot water for 5 minutes.
3. Drain the water and wash them in normal water once. Set aside.
4. Take the drained palak in a blender and blend into a fine paste.
5. Heat the oil in a pan/kadai. Add onion,Ginger,garlic,green chilli and fry till the onions turn
6. Add the blended tomato juice into the pan.
7. Let it boil till the raw smell disappears.
8. Add turmeric powder and Mix well.
9. Add the palak puree into the pan with required amount of water. Add salt and garam masala. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.
8. Add the paneer cubes into the pan.9. Allow the content to boil till the right consistency is attained.
10. Finally add cream and give a slight mix.
Serve HoT :)
