Pepper Egg Fry


Ingredients :

Oil - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - few
Onion - 2 medium (sliced)
Boiled eggs - 2 nos
Salt - as required
Pepper - as required


Method :

1. Boil the eggs for 20 minutes. Later place the eggs in a bowl of tap water for 5 minutes. 
    Then remove the shells. Slit each egg.



2. Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves and fry for a minute. Now add onion and fry till it turns brown 
    in colour.

                      

                               


3. Now add the slitted eggs to the pan and toss well.



4. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Serve HoT.
