Muttai Milagu Pirattal (Egg Pepper Fry)


Muttai Milagu Pirattal can be served for lunch.

Quantity mentioned below can be used for : 2 people

Ingredients :

Oil - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Eggs - 3 nos
Salt - as required
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Water


Method :

1. Boil the eggs in water adding salt.

                              


2. Peel the skin and deep slit the eggs.




3. In a pan, add oil and curry leaves.



4. Then drop in eggs and add chilli powder.



5. Add garam masala to the pan.





5. Add pepper powder and sprinkle salt. Toss well in low heat.

                     


Serve.
