Quantity used below can serve : 2 people
Ingredients :
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Okra - 300 gm (finely chopped)
Salt - as required
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Cooked rice - 300 gm
Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and curry leaves. Wait for it to splutter.
2. Add the chopped okra and fry on medium flame till it's well cooked.
3. Add salt and chilli powder. Saute well.
4. Add cooked rice to the pan and give it a good mix.
5. Serve HoT !!
