Ingredients :
Oil - 1/2 tbsp
Butter/ghee - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Ginger garlic green chilli paste - 1 tbsp

Onion - 2 medium (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 medium (chopped)
Carrot - 1 medium (chopped)
Beans - 4 (chopped)
Peas - 50 gm
White channa - 50 gm
Potato - 1 medium (chopped)
Cauliflower - 8 small florets
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala / chole masala - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Onion - 1/2 medium (finely chopped) to garnish
Coriander leaves - to garnish

Method :
1. Pressure cook the vegetables for 3 whistles. - carrot, beans, peas, channa, potato, cauliflower.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add chopped onion and fry till it turns brown in colour.
4. Add chopped tomato and fry till it turns mushy.
6. In the same kadai, add butter / ghee.
7. Add cloves and cinnamon. Wait till it gets fried.
8. Add ginger garlic green chilli paste to the pan.
9. Add the grinded paste (onion tomato paste) to the pan.
10. Grind or mash the Vegetables.
11. Add the mashed/grinded vegetable mixture to the pan.
12. Add turmeric powder.
13. Add chilli powder and salt to the pan.
14. Add garam masala powder / chole masala.
15. Garnish with freshly chopped onions and coriander leaves. Serve with Pav Buns...
