Cauliflower soup


Quantity used below can serve : 2 people

Ingredients :

Oil/ghee - 1 tbsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 (medium sized)
Garlic - 2 pods
Ginger - 1/4 inch piece
Green chilli - 1/2
Cauliflower - 6 medium florets
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
Milk - 50 ml
Water - 400 ml
Salt - as required
Pepper - as required
Coriander leaves - to garnish

Method :

1. In a pressure cooker, heat oil/ghee and add cumin.

               


2. Add onion,garlic,ginger and green chilli. Stir fry




3. Add the washed and cleaned cauliflower, stir fry for few minutes.



4. Add wheat flour and fry until the raw smell disappears.



5. Add salt,milk to the pressure cooker.



6. Add sufficient water and Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.




7. Once cooked, cool the mixture.


               

8. Separate the boiled ingredients to a blender and blend well. Retain the boiled water in the
    pressure cooker.


                       


9. Later mix the blended content with the retained water in the pressure cooker.





10. Reheat and add pepper.





11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
