Pineapple Cup cake


Pineapple cup cake can be served for dessert.

Ingredients : 

Butter - 55 gm
Brown sugar - 110 gm
Pineapple slices
White sugar - 150 gm
Eggs - 2
Pineapple juice  - 4 tbsp
Maida - 90 gm
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp

Method :

1. Beat butter and brown sugar together, Line the cup cake mould with this mixture.

2. Place a slice of pineapple over it.

3. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl  - white sugar, eggs and pineapple juice. Place it aside.

4. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl - maida, baking powder and salt.

5. Mix together the dry ingredients and wet ingredients (step 3 and 4)

6. Top the pineapple slice with this mix for 1/4 of the mould.

7. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.
