Chocolate Milkshake


Ingredients :

Chocolate ice cream - 1 scoop
Milk - 250 ml
Dark chocolate - 6 box pieces
Water
Ice cubes - 3 nos
Cream - 1 Spoonful


Method :

1. Take the chocolate ice cream in a mixer.





2. Add 100 ml of milk to the mixer and blend once.

              



3. Take the chocolate pieces in a bowl.



4. Melt the chocolate in a microwave / boiler. Add little water to the bowl before melting.





5. Mix well with a spoon to get a chocolate syrup as below.




6. Add the chocolate syrup to the mixer and blend just once.

                    


7. Transfer the content from mixer to a glass.
    Add the remaining 150 ml of milk to the glass and mix.





8. Take the ice cubes in the same mixer and grind.


                  


9. Add the crushed ice on the top of the milkshake.



10. Add a spoon of cream on top / use a piping bag to decorate with cream.





11. Enjoy the drink.
