Whipped Cream



Whipped cream can be used to decorate cakes / cupcakes / donuts, etc
It can also be used as a topping in chocolate / caramel milkshakes.


Ingredients :

Whipping cream - 300 ml
Sugar - 100 gm

Whip the cream Using a mixer / blender / hand blender as per your choice.


Method :

1. Take the whipping cream in a blender





2. Add sugar to it.




3. Blend the cream at a moderate speed, since the cream gets whipped very quickly. 
    (If the mixer is operated at a faster rate then the cream might turn into butter)
