Ferroro Rocher Cookie Cups





Quantity used below can make 16 cookie cups


Ingredients :

Maida - 140 gm + 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch (skip salt if using salted butter)
Unsalted butter - 110 gm (room temperature)
Granulated sugar - 55 gm
Light brown sugar - 42.5 gm
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Chocolate chips - 70 gm
Ferroro Rocher chocolates - 16 nos

Method :

1. Take unsalted butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar in a bowl.
     Beat them to form a mixture.

2. Add baking soda, salt and vanilla extract and mix once.

3. Add chocolate chips to it.

4. Add milk and maida to it. Form a thick dough out of it.

5. Shape it into a log and cut into small equal portions.

6. Each ferroro Rocher chocolate should be covered with one portion of dough.

7. Grease a cupcake tin and place them inside the tin. Bake at 160 degree Celsius for 12 minutes.

8. Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.

9. Finally, Sprinkle 2 tbsp of maida and few chocolate chips on top of the cookie cups.
