Tomato Bhajji can be served as a side dish for idli / dosa / paniyaram.
Quantity used below can serve : 2 people
Ingredients :
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Onion - 2 medium (chopped)
Garlic - 2 pods (chopped)
Tomato - 4 medium (chopped)
Water - 200 ml
Salt - as required
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - to garnish
Method :
4. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and water. Mix well.
Allow it to boil well till the mixture turns semi solid.
5. Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
