Ingredients :
Pillsbury cooker cake mix - 160 gm
Milk
Oil
Hershey's chocolate syrup
Method :
1. In a bowl, add oil and milk (quantity as mentioned in the pack)
2. Add the cake mix to the bowl and mix well to get a fully incorporated semi solid mixture.
3. Take a thick vessel of atleast 5 inches wide. Grease the vessel with oil so that the cake doesn't stick
to the sides of the vessel.
4. Once greased, pour the batter from the bowl into the vessel.
5. In a pressure cooker (3 litres or above) , fill it with water for 2 inches
6. Place the batter filled vessel inside the pressure cooker.. Close the pressure cooker with the lid (no
weight) and cook on medium flame for 35 - 40 minutes.
7. Switch off the flame and remove the cake vessel from the pressure cooker. Place it aside.
10. Insert a fork / knife into the cake to test if it is fully cooked.
11. Allow the cake to cool for 30 minutes
12. Decorate the cake with the Hershey's chocolate syrup.
13. Later, cut the cake into slices as per your choice and serve.
